Awareness Through Movement® group classes are held at 430 Waterloo St. The entrance to the studio is at the back, you need to go through the alley between the building and Cole Clinic:

The lighted window is the upper studio where we have classes, however the entrance is through the basement.

Take the stairs leading down to the basement. Once inside, enter the door in front of you to go through the foyer and turn to the left, see stairs leading up, take them and turn left for the Upper studio.

It’s a century building with extensions done over many years, if you come for your first class you may want to ask to be met.
