Happy and proud to share that I have finished my Feldenkrais Professional Training Program. I am now fully Certified for the practice of The Feldenkrais Method.
I continue weekly group classes (ATMs) and now add individual Functional Integration lessons. The key areas:
- Reducing/eliminating residues of past injuries
- Longevity of movement and vitality through better organized movement
- Improving movements that you do: music, jogging, dancing
I also make my previously private Sunday on-line classes open beyond “friends and family”.

Also let us not forget that the unity of motion, emotion and cognition is one of the key principles of Feldenkrais, so improving movements as per list above will lead to better emotional and cognitive well-being. In the method we work though bones and muscles, but the target for improvement is the nervous system in its entirety.
